we also need a pve section under the pvp section so we can post other stuff about in game content like stats needed for different rolls like tanking or dps. or if any one has any questions about something.

Think only mods can and it has to be a new topic. There is an option menu that seems to be hidden but has an arrow that opens it up. From there you can pick announcement post.
if you mean a new category.. well.. anything wow is fine for anything like that
